Replacing scattered project reports with one consolidated management view.

This write-up uses a recreated, redacted description rather than the real internal documents — some details are withheld to protect confidential company information.

01 — Context

Tathmeer runs a large portfolio of active construction projects, each tracked separately through monthly reports. There was no single view that showed how the whole portfolio was actually doing at once.

02 — The Problem

Getting a straight answer to "how are we doing across everything" meant manually reassembling separate reports every time the question came up.

04 — The Approach

Started with discovery, not design: structured conversations across departments before building anything. Then designed one shared data model to sit behind every dashboard and KPI, so every number traces back to a single formula and a single owner.

05 — The System

A portfolio-level dashboard for management, group-level views for project clusters, a weighted subcontractor performance scorecard, and an interactive management-review tool — built as a lightweight reporting layer rather than a new piece of software.

06 — How It Works

Project-level data feeds one shared data model. The data model feeds every dashboard and scorecard. Once data is validated, it becomes the basis for weekly and monthly management review.

08 — Implementation

Delivered inside the first two weeks of the engagement: a working portfolio dashboard, group-level dashboards, a subcontractor scorecard, the underlying data model, and a phased roadmap for deeper ERP integration.
