I build the systems that move organizations forward.
From operational structure and business processes to productivity, AI, and growth, I design practical systems that help organizations work better.

Areas of practice
Five lenses I use to improve how organizations work.
OperationsCore
Building the structure behind effective organizations.
Marketing
Turning positioning, communication, and growth into repeatable systems.
Productivity
Designing better ways of working, prioritizing, and executing.
AI
Applying AI and automation to improve how work gets done.
Leadership
Building clarity, accountability, and better ways of leading teams.
The Milad Method
The Milad Method
I don’t start by adding more tools. I start by understanding how the organization actually works.
- 01
Understand
Understand the organization, people, processes, problems, and objectives.
- 02
Structure
Create clarity across roles, responsibilities, workflows, and priorities.
- 03
Systemize
Turn repeatable work into practical systems, processes, and standards.
- 04
Optimize
Measure, identify friction, and continuously improve how work gets done.
- 05
Transform
Connect people, processes, technology, and leadership to move the organization forward.
This is a personal working framework — how I approach organizational improvement, not an academically validated or certified methodology.
Selected work
Systems built to solve real operational problems.
Operations Dashboard
Replacing scattered project reports with one consolidated management view.
Problem
Getting a straight answer to "how are we doing across everything" meant manually reassembling separate reports every time the question came up.
Evidence
Detailed performance figures for this work exist in internal company documents and aren't published here, since they're confidential.

- Odoo (integration in progress)
Material Request System
Turning a verbal material request into a self-tracking, auditable approval chain.
Problem
There was no single, trusted record of a material request from the moment it was raised to the moment it was approved and delivered. Cost, urgency, and approval level all had to be worked out by hand, every time.
Evidence
No formal before/after measurement exists yet for time saved or request volume — that evidence is still in development.

- Google Sheets
- Google Apps Script
- Google Drive
Daily Site Reporting System
Standardizing how a construction site reports progress, one day at a time.
Problem
Daily activity on site wasn't being captured in a form that could reliably feed weekly or monthly reporting — so reporting further up the chain depended on reconstructing what happened after the fact.
Evidence
No formal adoption or time-saved metric exists yet — that evidence is still in development.

Project Operations System
Turning "operations manager" from a job title into an hour-by-hour system.
Problem
There was no single reference for what the operations role owned each day, what decisions it could make alone, and when something needed to be escalated.
Evidence
This is a process and accountability system rather than one with its own standalone before/after metric — its effect shows up in the consistency of the systems it coordinates, including daily site reporting and material request tracking.
- Google Sheets
Marketing & Lead Operations System
Connecting content output to the sales pipeline, one lead at a time.
Problem
Leads risked falling through the cracks between being generated and being acted on, and content was being posted without a consistent process connecting it to lead capture.
Evidence
A separate, CV-documented result from this period — a 30% increase in lead generation — exists, but isn't confirmed to be specifically attributable to this system versus marketing activity more broadly. It's presented on its own under Results rather than claimed here.
